  • Handle estimate requests.
  • Maintain workflow organization.
  • Update client invoices, as needed.
  • Run customer/client payments for completed jobs.
  • Complete bank deposits at the end of each day.
  • Assist with administrative/clerical/organizational duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  Requirements/Prerequisites:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-focused.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience with MS Office, QuickBooks, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of making estimates.
  • Previous experience in the interior design-related field is a plus.
  • Previous workroom/upholstery experience is a plus.

  Job Description

  River City Personnel is hiring manufacturing specialists; overtime may be required. The manufacturing specialist is a full-time employee who performs a variety of basic duties within a manufacturing facility. Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning, cutting, prepping, or baking products as well as assembling, packaging, and/or shipping finished products. It may involve working in a cold environment for some departments. Variety of shifts available, from early morning to afternoon to overnight shifts. 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 10:00 PM shifts available.

  Essential Duties: 

  • Depending on the department assigned, assembles, sorts, raw, intermediate, or finished products in preparation for baking or the packaging of products sold at retail grocery stores.
  • Based on the department assigned, may operate equipment used for preparation, baking, and/or transitioning of products. May also operate equipment or chemicals used in the cleaning and sanitation of equipment/tools. Inspects and labels the product as necessary or required.
  • Notifies supervisor immediately of all safety, quality, food safety, and product issues.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • Assists in ensuring that the product is produced in accordance with all safety standards.

   

  Successful candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required;
  • Six to twelve (6-12) months of food service or food manufacturing experience preferred.

  b. Weigh incremental components using printed batch tickets.
  c. Blend components into a homogeneous mixture using small mixers.

  Work with Quality Control technicians to ensure product specifications are met prior to packaging.

  Ink Operator Requirements

  1. Should have a high school diploma or GED.
  2. Must pass a criminal background check.
  3. Must pass a drug screen.
  4. Must have steel-toe safety shoes to begin work.
  5. Must pass OSHA 1910.1200 training.
  6. Must have minimum facial hair to meet OSHA requirements for respirator protection.
  7. Must be able to lift 40-50-pound containers.
  8. Must wear clean T-shirts/long trousers until assigned permanent employee status.
  9. Basic arithmetic skills are required.
  10. The ability to follow instructions as printed on the batch tickets is required.
